Final Project?
I’ve been thinking long and hard about what I’d like to endeavor for my final project. And it has been a pretty damn slow process. I came to the point where I grabbed a video camera in one hand and my dSLR in the other, and just got up and captured some media. From this, I think I’d like to try a man vs. nature kind of concept for my final project. Here are some preliminary ideas:
-get images/video of objects and nature and superimpose them with man-made objects to show similarities in form and use
-images/video that show dissimilarity in form/use
-nature overcoming man (weeds growing out of cracks in cement, etc)
-man overcoming nature (polution, littering, etc)
-shadows of buildings on natural elements
-beauty and awe of both
-I want to keep it simple with repeating elements…which I have a hard time doing
-Suggestions are welcome..becuase as of now…my ideas are still a little hazy.
